The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on communities throughout the nation, including some that Covenant Bank calls home. As your bankers, and more so as your neighbors and friends, we’re committed to doing everything possible to protect our staff and the communities we serve.  Here are some answers to questions we are receiving.

All Offices are Open

We have now moved into the Green Phase of reopening and are excited to continue to serve your financial needs in a more traditional manner with some changes!

  • Our Doylestown office lobby is open and all customers MUST wear a face mask upon entering. We are still encouraging customers to to utilize our Drive Thru at this location.
  • Our Paoli office is open and all customers MUST wear a face mask upon entering.
  • Courier Service has resumed with safety precautions in place.
  • Saturday hours will resume on 7/11/2020
  • Most of our employees will continue to work remotely without disruption to our daily operations and will continue to serve you.
  • We are still encouraging customers to use our Electronic Banking Services

We have in place Business Continuity, Pandemic and Disaster Recovery plans which are active, tested and updated as a regular course of our business. Our employees receive communications about the importance of frequent hand washing; and the importance of not coming to work if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

We have a cleaning procedure in place and will add additional cleanings if needed. Our staff has additional hand sanitizers available at their desks and in the branch.  We will be following the CDC's recommendation on social distancing.

Consider using our Electronic Banking Services

Should you wish to observe “social distancing” as the CDC has recommended, we encourage you to consider using our Electronic Banking options:

  • Take advantage of our Electronic Banking Services such as Online Banking, Mobile Deposit and Remote Deposit Capture where you can accomplish almost all your banking from the comfort of your home or office.
  •  ATMs are widely available. Remember that we will reimburse your ATM fees within 24 hours!
  •  Our knowledgeable Universal Bankers are happy to answer your questions and complete many types of transactions over the phone. Simply email us at or call us at (267) 327-4910.

How can I support my local businesses/ economy/ community?

This is affecting every community in America and many around the world. While staying home and practicing proper social distancing is critical, there are some ways we can support local businesses as well:

  • Utilizing curbside pick-up, delivery or drive-through options many restaurants are creating right now. It’s a great way to take a hands-off approach and still enjoy delicious, local food.
  • Purchasing gift cards from local merchants now for use later. This is a wonderful way to support everything from restaurants to cleaning services to boutique shops and to help ensure they’re still in business when we’re all back out and about again.
