The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on communities throughout the nation, including some that Covenant Bank calls home. As your bankers, and more so as your neighbors and friends, we’re committed to doing everything possible to protect our staff and the communities we serve. Here are some answers to questions we are receiving.
We have in place Business Continuity, Pandemic and Disaster Recovery plans which are active, tested and updated as a regular course of our business. Our employees receive communications about the importance of frequent hand washing; and the importance of not coming to work if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
We have a cleaning procedure in place and will add additional cleanings if needed. Our staff has additional hand sanitizers available at their desks and in the branch. We will be following the CDC's recommendation on social distancing.
